The advancement of health: – to relieve mental and emotional distress by providing a safe and supportive environment for the individuals experiencing mental health challenges, loneliness and/or emotional difficulties – to promote social inclusion and community wellbeing by fostering a compassionate, inclusive space that encourages open dialogue, active listening and mutual support amongst individuals at risk of social isolation – to advance health and wellbeing by organising accessible group activities such as wellbeing walks, physical exercise and interest-based meetups/holistic/mindfulness activities which are aimed at improving mental, emotional and physical health – to continue to create and strengthen upon existing partnership working for the benefit of the group members and the wider community The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage: – to continue to help alleviate barriers to participation by removing financial obstacles and making the space and activities free of charge – to continue to adopt a nurturing cradle to grave approach by working closely with families to encompass destigmatisation and encourage life-long learning within family units
