4 The organisation’s objects are: The organisation’s charitable purpose is the relief of those in need by reason of domestic abuses, supporting women, children, and young people from Asian, Black, and Minority Ethnic communities who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse by: 4.1. Support and Safety: Providing a safe environment and comprehensive support services for women and children affected by domestic abuse. 4.2. Empowerment: Helping women regain confidence, independence, and control over their lives through advocacy, counselling, and practical assistance. 4.3. Awareness and Education: Raising awareness about domestic abuse within the community and educating both victims and the public about their rights and available resources. 4.4. Advocacy: Advocating for the needs and rights of women and children affected by domestic abuse within legal, social, and political frameworks. 4.5. Prevention: Engaging in activities and programs aimed at preventing domestic abuse and promoting healthy, respectful relationships. 4.6. Cultural Sensitivity: Offering culturally sensitive services that acknowledge and respect the diverse backgrounds of the women, children and young people that we support. These objectives allow Noor -Standing Against Abuse to provide tailored support to clients and work towards a society free from domestic abuse.
