4 The organisation’s purpose is the provision of recreational facilities. In order to achieve this it will: (a) arrange to equip, maintain and if necessary rebuild the MacRobert Memorial Hall, Tarland with a view to providing improved amenities and facilities for the public, so that the Hall may be run in the manner most beneficial to the Community, and may be available to provide facilities for charitable or educational projects when deemed advisable provided always that any such educational projects can also be deemed to be charitable. (b) receive subscriptions, contributions, donations, gifts, legacies and all accessions of whatever kind
