4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The aim of the 'Islay Dogs' project is to establish an enclosed area for dogs(s) to run safely off of the lead. 4.2 This enclosed area would be for anyone to be able to book, and allow their dog(s) to run freely, off of the lead, in the knowledge that their dog(s) would be safe, and unable to run off, or be likely to cause a nuisance to livestock, wildlife or members of the public. 4.3 To operate the enclosed area, once established, for the benefit of local and visiting dog owners on Islay.
