Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purpose is the advancement of religion, specifically: (a) to support and train people in coaching conversation skills to fulfil the key task in the scripture: 'to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we reach unity in the faith' Ephesians 4:12. (b) Our beneficiaries are people in leadership positions (with a broad understanding of what leadership within the Christian community means) who we support to develop skills and confidence in how they communicate and interact with others.
