4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To promote and advance community cohesion within the East Renfrewshire and surrounding area but predominately Giffnock and Thornliebank. 4.2 To promote racial harmony by bringing all communities to integrate 4.3 To ensure the promotion of health & wellbeing to the community and enabling cohesion across society as a result of the organisation's activities. 4.4 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organization of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended at Woodfarm Playing Fields 4.5 The advancement of environmental protection or improvement 4.6 The promotion of equality and diversity 4.7 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science 4.8 The prevention or relief of poverty.
