Constitutional objectives
(THREE) After paying the expenses of carrying out the trust purposes, the trustees shall apply the net income from the Trust Funds equally between The Dog’s Trust and The Dog Aid Society of Scotland. (FOUR) If either of the aforementioned charitable bodies has changed its name or has amalgamated with or transferred its assets to any other body, or has been wrongly designed, or has ceased to exist, or is in liquidation or is no longer operating, then the trustees may make distributions of income to such other charitable body with similar purposes as the trustees may in their sole discretion decide.
