Constitutional objectives
5.1 The objects of the Company are to promote, advance and further charitable purposes by (a) operating a museum to showcase and preserve Palestinian history through the display of artefacts, art, film, concerts, plays, lectures, literature, and mixed media and (b) developing a cultural hub to host events and activities that celebrate and promote Palestinian cultural heritage. 5.2 In particular for the purposes of the 2005 Act the charitable purposes identified as applicable from section 7 of the 2005 Act are:- 5.2.1 the advancement of the arts, heritage or culture. and 5.2.2 the advancement of education.
