The purposes of the Centre for Workplace Equity are: a. To advance equality and diversity by supporting organisations worldwide, particularly NGOs and civil society organisations, to embed equitable practices in their workplaces and governance structures. b. To promote human rights and social justice by tackling discrimination, prejudice, and systemic barriers to inclusion in workplaces across all global regions, with particular attention to underrepresented and marginalised groups. c. To advance education by creating, maintaining, and disseminating a publicly accessible resource database of global research, statistics, and case studies on workplace equity. sharing knowledge through training, workshops, and forums that enable evidence-based HR and People & Culture practices.
