Constitutional objectives
To provide and maintain Skirling Village Hall as a community facility for the benefit of the inhabitants of Skirling and environs in the Scottish Borders, as defined by the Skirling Community Council area without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, for recreation, leisure and educational purposes of all kinds with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants. To promote citizenship and community development in the area of benefit defined in the above paragraph.
