Constitutional objectives

4. The advancement of health, including mental wellbeing and physical education, through the development of young people for the public benefit, by helping school students build the resilience, confidence and mindset needed to meet the challenges of education, future employment and their life ahead. a. To organise and deliver outdoor land and water-based challenge events for young people, particularly pupils in state secondary schools, which promote physical health, mental wellbeing, teamwork and resilience. b. To support young people in developing the personal qualities and skills needed for success in education, life, and employment, including confidence, leadership, problem-solving and communication. c. To provide structured opportunities that encourage positive attitudes and a resilient mindset, helping young people face challenges constructively and with self-belief. d. To make such opportunities widely accessible by working in partnership with schools, commercial institutions and community organisations, thus ensuring that all young people, regardless of background, can participate. e. To develop, diversify, and enhance services which spread awareness of the Hold Fast Schools Mission Charity mind set. These would include participations in leadership seminars, motivational forums, podcasts, and community events etc.
