a ) To relieve poverty and hardship among people who are rough sleeping, primarily in the United Kingdom but occasionally overseas in response to humanitarian crises, by providing or assisting in the provision of weather-resistant, insulated, portable backpack-style shelters, with a built-in mattress and a large tented hood for additional protection against rain. b ) Such other purposes as are charitable under the law of Scotland and consistent with the above.
