Constitutional objectives

5 The Company is set up with the following Charitable Purposes: 5.1 The advancement of the arts and to increase public access to contemporary art, particularly sculpture, by placing artworks in community settings, schools, and public spaces. 5.2 The advancement of education through the delivery of educational programmes that engage young people, care-experienced individuals, and community groups in creative learning. These include hands-on workshops, studio visits, and opportunities to curate and install artworks. 5.3 The advancement of environmental protection or improvement through the promotion of sustainable practices in the arts, such as encouraging the reuse and sharing of materials, reducing waste and promoting circular economy principles. 5.4 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage through the delivery of inclusive and accessible programmes, in particular care-experienced young people, people with disabilities, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
