Constitutional objectives

The Association has been formed with the following purpose: a. To conserve, preserve, protect, enhance and improve for the benefit of the public the King George V Park, Kilduskland Road, Ardrishaig, PA30 8HD otherwise known as the ARDRISHAIG KING GEORGE V COMMUNITY PARK. b. The intention of ensuring every person in Ardrishaig and surrounding areas should have the opportunity of participating in outdoor recreational activity to the improvement of their mental and physical health and wellbeing. c. To promote provision of facilities which will encourage enjoyment and responsible and inclusive use of the park by all who live and work in the locality of Mid Argyll. d. To ensure a sufficient level of open space to enable residents of all ages to participate in sports and games with an emphasis on access for children to playgrounds and other play space. e. To promote social cohesion and combat loneliness by such provision.
