Constitutional objectives
5 The Company is set up as a social enterprise with the following Objects, to promote: 5.1 The advancement of climate change mitigation and environmental protection for public benefit by promoting sustainable use of material goods and resources through repair, reuse, sharing and extending their lifespan, thereby reducing the carbon emissions linked to production and consumption, and further encouraging reuse behaviour and reduction of consumption. 5.2 To relieve those in need by reason of age and disadvantage by providing practical support with digital devices and technology to those 60 or over in Selkirk and surrounding areas, improving access to services, reducing isolation, and promoting digital confidence.
