The charitable purposes of the SCIO ('the Charitable Purposes') are to advance public participation in sport and advance community development by: 1. supporting, through financial assistance or other means, the long-term sustainability of the charitable activities at Stirling County Rugby Football Club, in relation to grassroots and youth rugby at club level, as the Trustees in their sole discretion may decide . and 2. supporting, though financial assistance or other means, the development of school and youth rugby throughout Stirling and the surrounding districts, ensuring that rugby is a sport for everyone, regardless of background, ability or circumstance.
