4 The organisation's purposes are: (a) To work in partnership with Angus Council to manage the relationship with the Trust and to achieve the rest of our purposes. (b) Working to protect, preserve and promote the Victorian Library within the Inglis Memorial Hall. (c) Working to protect, preserve and promote the historical features of the Inglis Memorial Hall. (d) The provision of strategic direction and operational management of the Inglis Memorial Hall. (e) To provide a community venue for use by local groups, individuals and the wider community. (f) Working with a view to improving the accessibility, affordability and user experience for all, while optimising revenues and reducing costs where possible.
