The organisation’s purposes are: (a) To advance health for the public benefit by promoting preventative and health-enhancing lifestyle practices that support physical and mental wellbeing, including the promotion of sustainable and low-carbon lifestyles choices. (b) To advance education for the public benefit by providing learning opportunities, educational resources and accessible information that increase knowledge, understanding and practical skills relating to sustainable living, environmentally responsible lifestyles, and the use of practical and digital approaches that support healthy, resilient and sustainable communities. (c) To advance environmental protection for the public benefit by promoting sustainable living practices that support ecological sustainability and reduce environmental impact. (d) To advance citizenship and community development for the public benefit by establishing and supporting local networks and collaborative initiatives that promote social cohesion and community resilience. (e) To relieve those in need by reason of financial hardship, disadvantage or vulnerability by providing educational support, practical guidance and community-based assistance.
