4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To advance public participation in sport by providing structured football coaching, matches, and training opportunities for children and young people in Mintlaw and surrounding areas. 4.2 To advance education and personal development through the promotion of teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship within the Club environment. 4.3 To provide recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities. 4.4 To advance citizenship or community development by working in partnership with local schools, community groups and public bodies.
