Constitutional objectives
a) Providing accessible, affordable and evidence-based physiotherapy, rehabilitation and exercise therapy to individuals, including those with injuries, disabilities, long-term conditions, or financial barriers to treatment. b) Relieving pain, restoring physical function and improving quality of life through clinically governed assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programmes. c) Delivering community outreach services, home-based physiotherapy and group rehabilitation programmes. d) Promoting physical and mental well-being through education, injury prevention, self-management guidance and community workshops which support rehabilitation and recovery outcomes. e) Providing photobiomodulation therapy as part of regulated physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice, delivered under appropriate clinical governance and professional standards. All activities shall be carried out for public benefit.
