Constitutional objectives

1. The advancement of the religion of Christianity, in the United Kingdom and overseas, through the promotion and demonstration of Christian faith and practice, in particular (but not exclusively) by making grants to churches, ministries, and other charitable organisations engaged in: o the preaching and teaching of the Christian gospel. o evangelism, church planting, and missionary work. o the provision of Christian education and discipleship. and o pastoral care and community outreach consistent with Christian beliefs. o the support of Christians and churches experiencing persecution. 2. The relief of poverty and financial hardship among individuals and communities in need, in the United Kingdom and overseas, by making grants to charitable organisations and other bodies or persons providing: o food, shelter, and essential living support. o education, training, and employment support. o medical and health-related assistance o community development and humanitarian assistance. and o support, rehabilitation, and reintegration of individuals affected by exploitation, abuse, modern slavery, trafficking, imprisonment, or social exclusion. and o other charitable services intended to alleviate poverty.
