Constitutional objectives

The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular: To advance the arts, particularly theatre, performance and creative practice, by providing accessible workshops, training and creative opportunities. To advance education by supporting young people who are interested in developing skills in theatre and professional performance through training, mentoring, workshops and practical creative experience. To support young people in progressing to further education or training in the performing arts, including providing guidance, mentoring and audition preparation for courses in theatre, drama and performance. To promote participation in the arts and cultural activities, particularly among young people who may face financial, social or geographic barriers to accessing opportunities in the performing arts. To support community development by delivering outreach workshops, performances and creative projects within communities. To support personal development, confidence and wellbeing through participation in theatre and creative activities. The organisation will primarily support young people who are progressing towards further education, professional training or career development in theatre and the performing arts. While the organisation's activities are predominantly aimed at individuals aged 15–25, support will not be restricted solely on the basis of age where participation is consistent with the charitable purposes of the organisation.
