Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: (a) (i) The advancement of the Christian religion in Scotland and, where appropriate, elsewhere through public worship, prayer meetings, Bible teachings, evangelism, and discipleship programmes open to the wider community. (ii) The advancement of education through the teaching of biblical principles, leadership development, mentoring, and training programmes that promote personal growth and moral values. (iii) The advancement of citizenship and community development by providing activities that support families, empower young people, and encourage positive community engagement. (iv) The relief of those in need by reason of poverty, hardship, or distress through outreach activities. pastoral care. and practical support, including food assistance where resources allow. (b) Organise and conduct Sunday and other worship services (c) Organise and conduct bible instruction classes (d) Organise Christian Youth, Student and Children's Clubs and activities (e) Organise evangelistic outreaches, gospel music, missionary and outside events to promote the Christian faith (f) At all times maintain and exhibit Christian character and standards in the community and in dealing with other organisations and local authorities (g) Organise Christian education, community and social outreaches. (h) The organisation may collaborate with and support the Redeemed Christian Church of God and other Christian organisations worldwide, where such activities further its charitable purposes and provide public benefit. (i) The organisation's activities are open to the public regardless of background, nationality, or belief.
