Constitutional objectives

4 The organisation’s purposes are: (a) Providing employability support, skills development, and pathways to economic participation. (b) The advancement of health and wellbeing through physical activity, mental health awareness, and community fitness programmes, including faith-inspired health initiatives that serve the wider community. (c) Facilitating cultural exchange, social connection, and civic participation. (d) Supporting families including children and young people to settle, thrive, and contribute to Scottish life. (e) Advancing education and awareness on matters relevant to the communities we serve. and (f) Delivering any other activities that further the above purposes, as determined by the trustees from time to time. (g) The promotion of equality and diversity, including the celebration of multicultural heritage, and the reduction of isolation and discrimination experienced by immigrant and diaspora communities in Scotland.
