Constitutional objectives
(a) Advance citizenship or community development by being the hub of the community. We provide accessible space and facilities that benefit residents from Culbokie, the Black Isle and surrounding area for recreation and leisure time. (b) Facilitate opportunities for activities for all ages that promote physical and mental wellbeing. This includes the advancement of public participation in sport and recreational activities, and providing space for special interest groups and clubs, meetings and community activities. (c) Promote sustainability in all aspects of running the hall
