Constitutional objectives
1.1 to promote the restoration, regeneration, and stabilisation of Scottish native woodlands and other tree-containing habitats and landscapes (both urban and rural), in particular through the seed collection, propagation and planting of local provenance, native Scottish trees and plants, and advisory and audit services. 1.2 to advance skills-based, hands-on learning, research, and knowledge sharing across a range of tree-based activities to advance environmental protection and improvement, citizenship and community development, education, natural culture and heritage, and green jobs. 1.3 to nurture the relationship between people, the land, and the health and wellbeing of both by championing holistic, systemic, sustainable, and sensitive practices in tree-based habitats and landscapes, rooted in conscientious resilience and relationships with nature.
