Constitutional objectives
The Charity's objects are restricted specifically, in each case only for the public benefit to relieve: -- (a) Older People and anyone who has been diagnosed as suffering from a terminal illness by providing or assisting in the provision of care for their companion animals for which they are no longer able to provide. (b) the suffering of and cruelty to animals whose owners, who fall within the definition of Older People or are terminally ill, have died, or are no longer able to care for them by: (i) the provision of shelter. or (ii) where possible, finding a foster home for them.
