The Organisation's Purposes are: 5.1 To advance citizenship and community development by promoting civic participation, volunteering, community engagement and social inclusion amongst Eastern European communities and the wider public in Scotland. 5.2 To advance education by promoting knowledge and understanding of Eastern European history, heritage, traditions, languages, literature and contemporary culture. 5.3 To advance the arts, heritage and culture through the preservation, promotion and celebration of Eastern European music, dance, folklore, crafts, visual arts, cuisine and traditional customs.
