Constitutional objectives

(1) The objects of the College (the 'Objects') shall be, for the public benefit: (a) to advance education in the science and practice of pharmacy. (b) to preserve and protect good health and to relieve sickness. and (c) to relieve poverty, financial hardship or other distress among current and former Members and Associate Members of the College and their dependants and among those studying or training to be a pharmacist, and such others who practice or have practised the profession of pharmacy as the Trustees may determine from time to time. Nothing in this Our Supplemental Charter shall authorise an application of property for purposes which are not Charitable...'Charitable' means charitable in accordance with the law of every part of the United Kingdom.
