(a) establish, manage or support community spaces and facilities for arts, cultural, recreational and social use. (b) support, organise or deliver events, programmes and activities that promote creativity, wellbeing and community engagement. (c) work in partnership with local communities, organisations and public bodies to develop accessible and inclusive opportunities. (d) raise funds and secure resources, including / grants, donations and assets, to support its work. (e) acquire, lease, manage or dispose of property and other assets where this supports the Company's objects.
