Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: (a) To advance health, wellbeing, and social inclusion by providing access to martial arts, physical fitness, and structured exercise programmes for individuals in recovery from alcohol or substance misuse, and for former or serving members of the armed forces. (b) To support mental health and resilience through the provision of group and individual counselling sessions, peer‑support activities, and structured wellbeing programmes. (c) To work in partnership with local voluntary sector organisations to deliver integrated support services that promote recovery, rehabilitation, and long‑term positive lifestyle change. (d) To relieve isolation and improve community integration by creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where beneficiaries can develop confidence, discipline, and healthy routines. (e) To promote education and personal development through workshops, training, and mentoring related to health, fitness, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
