(b)To relieve the needs of individuals and families in Moray experiencing disadvantage or hardship by providing access to suitable winter coats. (c)To advance health and wellbeing among individuals and families in Moray by helping them access appropriate coats necessary for warmth, dignity and participation in day- to-day life. (d)To promote environmental sustainability through the reuse and redistribution of clothing and other donated items.
