Constitutional objectives
The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of girls and women in Glasgow and the surrounding areas of Scotland who wish to participate in football and physical activity, and their families and supporters (the 'Community'), with the following purposes (the 'Purposes'): 4.1The advancement of public participation in sport, in particular by providing opportunities for girls and women to participate in football regardless of their ability, background, or financial circumstances. 4.2The advancement of education, in particular by developing confidence, resilience, leadership, teamwork, and life skills in girls and young women through structured football coaching and participation. 4.3The provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for girls and women in Glasgow, in particular those who face barriers to participation in sport due to cost, ability, experience, or lack of female- specific provision.
