Constitutional objectives
(a) To advance education by providing free music instrumental tuition and free access to musical instruments to promote and develop the playing of Scottish traditional music to young persons aged 9 – 18 years residing in rural Perthshire who would otherwise face geographic or financial barriers to accessing music education. (b) To advance the arts, culture and heritage by providing free access to musical instruments particular to Scottish traditional music, and, providing performance opportunities in the community for young persons aged 9 – 18 years, residing in rural Perthshire.
