The framework includes embedding strong management systems, identifying risks, independent third-party audits and transparency.

• Mitigation: The Group is committed the continuous assessment of our impact on human rights in our operations, taking prioritised action to mitigate risks and provide accessible grievance mechanisms for confidential reporting. As a result of our screening, service suppliers may be asked to undergo an audit and this is written into the terms of our Vendor Code of Conduct and explained within our Supplier Sustainability Standards.

We also provide information and training in relation to modern slavery and human rights issues and remind colleagues to be vigilant and report any suspected instances of wrongdoing in line with our Whistleblowing Policy.
