  1. Standard payment terms

For Goods not for Resale suppliers, standard terms are 60 days
Goods For Resale suppliers are allocated terms based on the category they supply, ranging from 7 (for small suppliers) to 90 days.

  2. Dispute resolution process

In line with our Constitution, we take our relationship with suppliers seriously and work hard to build honest, long-term, sustainable partnerships. We support our suppliers in a number of ways, including through a dedicated contact centre and portal (https://supplier.coupahost.com). This makes it easy for suppliers to view their account online and submit specific, targeted queries. Any escalations are raised to the Finance Manager, Trade & Goods for Resale to investigate and resolve.

The focus of our human rights programmes is to improve working conditions throughout our operations and supply chains that provide goods and services to the Partnership. Our statement outlines how we measure the effectiveness of our due diligence programmes, including the number of non conformances closed on audit, spot checks conducted on supply sites and grievances raised. We have seen a year on year increase in whistleblowing cases. Targets for our work can be seen in our latest E&S report.

Reported risks and mitigations

  • Risk: Recruitment of seasonal workers carrying out work in the agriculture sector
  • Area: Within your supply chains
  • Tier: Tier 2 suppliers
  • Group: Women Migrants
  • Location: United Kingdom
  • Mitigation: The Partnership continues to collaborate with other UK food retailers to fund the Seasonal Workers Taskforce. The Taskforce involves scheme operators, growers, government departments and NGOs and aims to support improvements to the design of the seasonal workers scheme, safeguard workers’ rights and address risks of worker exploitation. In 2025 we have rolled out a worker survey on experiences and continued the expansion of the Just Good Work app to promote awareness of workers rights.
  • Risk: Migrant workers in fishing sector
  • Group: Migrants
  • Mitigation: The Partnership has funded the development of the Just Good Work app into the fishing sector, which aims to educate workers on their rights in the UK and how to avoid recruitment scams. We are providing funding into 2026 for an outreach worker to build further awareness of the app among Filipino migrant fishers who make up a significant proportion of the UK workforce.
  • Risk: Gender discrimination in general merchandise sites
  • Tier: Tier 3 suppliers and below
  • Group: Women
  • Location: Bangladesh
  • Mitigation: In 2025 we carried out a detailed assessment of the role of female homeworkers within our woven basket supply chain in Bangladesh to ensure that workers well-being was protected within these decentralised production settings. Actions following have included developing a phased roadmap to enhance pay rates, upgrading ventilation in community workspaces and training community coordinators to provide ongoing monitoring of homeworking environments.

PSC records are company-filed public-register information. When the exact same displayed individual name occurs at multiple companies, BritDB offers a non-indexed cross-reference page. It is a name match only, not proof that the records describe the same person. Service addresses and partial dates of birth are deliberately omitted.

Charity Commission links

Snapshot 25 August 2026
CCEW

No exact company-number link in this snapshot

The Charity Commission extract did not explicitly associate this Companies House number with a charity. BritDB does not use a name-only match to fill the gap.

i

This company-level check covers the Charity Commission for England and Wales. Links are accepted only when the official extract supplies this exact company registration number. Scottish charities now have separate OSCR profiles, but OSCR’s bulk fields do not provide a Companies House number, so BritDB does not infer a company link.

No unambiguous company-number link found

The CCNI source number did not resolve uniquely to this Companies House record. BritDB did not use a name or address match.

CCNI publishes company numbers without a jurisdiction prefix. BritDB links only when the plausible padded UK and NI candidates resolve to exactly one Companies House company.

The imported UK Sanctions List did not supply this Companies House number as a UK-linked business identifier. BritDB did not attempt a name-only match.

No exact link is not sanctions clearance. UK restrictions can apply through ownership or control even where an entity is not separately named. Always use the current official list and obtain appropriate advice for a legally significant decision.
