Our standard conditions of purchase, provide for payment at the end of the month following the month in which an invoice is received, subject to (i) a valid invoice being properly provided by the supplier and (ii) the relevant Supplies being delivered with supporting compliance documentation and accepted by us, in accordance with the contract. Please note due expansion of our business we are managing a significantly increased volume of invoices (c80% increase since 2023) and due to an IT upgrade which did not include a carry over of the automated Accounts Payable software, we are working to manage the increased volumes manually whilst working in parallel to source and implement new technology.
In the interim, additional headcount has been recruited to manage the increased volumes. - Dispute resolution process
