• Mitigation: We perform audits of sites in higher risk countries to make sure our key policies are being complied with. For example, in relation to overtime, the use of recruitment agents, and ensuring if we have anyone working at the sites between the ages of 16 and 18 their roles comply with UN guidelines.
• Risk: Modern slavery risks arising through the use of labour and recruitment agencies.

• Mitigation: We have an established process and procedure for vetting recruitment agencies and conduct annual targeted internal human rights risk assessments to include a survey of our engagement with recruitment agencies.
