This department will send the complaint to the invoice approver within Hilton responsible for follow up. The Hilton invoice approver and supplier have to reach agreement within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is defined by the parties involved. If the dispute is not resolved both parties should escalate to a senior representative from each party which shall meet and endeavour to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time.
