If there is a contract in place, the clauses of the contract which relate to Disputes and Resolution will be initiated. If there is no contract in place, our own Dispute and Resolution process will be followed. The supplier may also be subject to a Supplier Improvement Plan. If this fails, the S4 process described in 7.5 of this policy will be initiated and the supplier will be offboarded. Any termination of major suppliers must have full Board approval.
