Our most common payment term is payment at the end of the month following the month of invoice, "monthly account".
However, suppliers of our steel raw materials frequently offer two monthly and even three monthly account. - Dispute resolution process
Suppliers are notified by telephone of any discrepancies with our order, and confirmed by email. Typically these would comprise price queries, short deliveries and quality problems. Prompt action avoids possible escalation into a dispute. The respective Branch Manager or Director will be involved at an early stage. Payment is made in the next payment run following the agreed resolution, often still withing original terms.
