Over the past decade, we have completed more than 7,000 supplier assessments, using the risk-based approach to assessment and auditing that we have applied for more than 16 years. In 2025, we increased the proportion of high risk spend covered by our programme to more than 90%, achieving the target we set in 2021. 2021: 73% high risk spend covered 2022: 76% high risk spend covered 2023: 81% high risk spend covered 2024: 89% high risk spend covered 2025: 93% high risk spend covered

• Mitigation: For more than 15 years we have taken a risk based approach to auditing in our supply chain, we are proud that our approach is a benchmark for ethical auditing in our sector and it allows us to provide a thorough level of oversight over our supply chain for our customers. In 2025, we continued to expand our audit programme and assessed 1,430 suppliers. We increased the proportion of high-risk spend covered by our assessment and auditing programme to 93% (up from 89% in 2024).
