The P2P process introduced both new systems and procedures that have had a fundamental impact on the way the business process invoices and invoice payments. We expected that, due to these changes, we would see an increase in payments not made by the due date, and we can see that the reports for this period reflect that. We do, however, expect that the next reporting period of April to September 26 will reflect more accurately, the percentage of payments paid on time
