- Mitigation: To further assist in the management of potential risk, contracted suppliers undergo a continual risk assessment and heat mapping process, monitored by a team independent to the Procurement and Contract Management team. The top 50 high-risk suppliers identified through this process are flagged to the responsible specialists. They conduct a deeper risk assessment and continued monitoring of the supplier, including a focus on modern slavery and worker welfare.
