We report on: - number of cases reported/identified of modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in our organisation and supply chains. We will provide KPIs on training completion rates and checks/audits going forward.

• Risk: Facilities services: the Group engages with agencies to deliver cleaning and security functions, which inherently carries a risk given the Group is not employing those individuals directly.

• Mitigation: • We stipulate all suppliers must have a policy or Code of Conduct relating to Modern Slavery or agree to adhere to ours; • We use an external supplier risk assessment platform to assist with risk profiling for new and existing suppliers; • For suppliers who employ non-UK employees we ask for citizenship rights/visas where applicable and request additional assurances that they are monitoring for signs of human rights abuses.
• Risk: Quayside services: the Group procures stevedoring and other quayside services across its ports with some services being provided by agencies.

• Risk: Vessel crews: vessels originating from higher risk jurisdictions may have crew members who are forced to work in conditions which would constitute modern slavery under the Act.
• Area: Vessel crews - these are not always part of our supply chains but can be part of our value chains and can originate from high risk jurisdictions. Our own vessel crews would not pose a risk.

• Mitigation: Our security teams and port police can provide support and checks, and there are opportunities for crews to be supported through 'on port' welfare organisations. Providing a list of countries is less practical, although we can endeavour to provide this in future. Vessel and crew members may originate from numerous countries across the globe.
