We report number of audit findings as identified by third-party audits in our operations and supply chain partners. We also report the close-out rate of audit findings and risk assessment outcome of our supply chain to demonstrate that supply chain partners are working to implement corrective actions and remediate in a timely manner. We communicated are future progress goals of completing the phased roll-out of our Supplier Management Framework.

• Risk: Production workforce of raw material suppliers from high risk countries, such as Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, China, India and Vietnam including local and migrant labour.

We will expand SMF coverage to include all ceramic former suppliers & we are assessing our small indirect suppliers to determine which to be included.
