Over the past financial year, we strengthened our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking by maintaining certificated management systems, enhancing supplier onboarding with due diligence and risk-based assessments, conducting internal audits to review controls, increasing employee awareness through targeted communications, and improving oversight of third-party labour providers, including umbrella companies.
