During the reporting period, the company continued to use the Sedex risk assessment framework, enhanced supplier due diligence and maintained whistleblowing channels for workers and suppliers. Looking ahead, Braddell has committed to enhancing employee training and continuing to strengthen its approach to identifying and managing modern slavery risks across its supply chain.

To mitigate this risk, suppliers are assessed through Sedex risk reviews covering labour standards, worker welfare and ethical practices. Suppliers complete self-assessment questionnaires and provide compliance evidence. Independent social audits are reviewed where appropriate, with corrective actions agreed, monitored and closed to improve labour standards and protect workers.
