Demonstrated progress

We have a defined Supplier Code of Conduct which is reviewed annually. We engage with our tier-one suppliers (suppliers we buy from directly) to assess their performance. Performance indicators (KPIs) are recorded on each direct material supplier’s scorecard. High-risk suppliers are targeted for audits, and medium-risk suppliers are given feedback and asked to work with us to develop plans to address their risks.
