Reported risks and mitigations

• Risk: To continue to monitor our exposure to suppliers from countries that are high risk for slavery.
• Area: Within your supply chains
• Tier: Tier 1 suppliers Tier 2 suppliers Tier 3 suppliers and below

• Location: United Arab Emirates Bahrain Israel India Turkey Hong Kong
• Mitigation: In FY26, less then 1% of our spend was in high risk countries, and we continue to monitor those suppliers annually (8 suppliers). As part of our global action plan, we are regularly undertaking due diligence of these suppliers and looking at opportunities for on-shoring or friend-shoring.
• Risk: To continue to monitor our exposure to suppliers from sectors/categories that are high risk for slavery.
• Mitigation: In FY26, circa 31% of our Group spend was in higher risk categories. We are working with our Procurement Category Management teams to undertake the necessary due diligence across these higher risk sectors and / or categories.
• Risk: To further embed process and governance for the on-boarding and re-assessment of suppliers in high risk countries.
• Tier: Tier 1 suppliers
• Mitigation: We continue to work via JOSCAR, reviewing and updating policy, continuing to provide training for our supply chain and procurement teams, and audit of governance process. This forms part of our 3-year, rolling global Modern Slavery Action plan.
